User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and Bitcoin Mining App ("the App", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the App you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this Agreement. By using the App you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Service Description

Bitcoin Mining App is a cloud-based mining reward platform. We do not use your mobile device, its processor, or its battery to mine cryptocurrency. Mining is simulated, and rewards are credited based on your virtual hashrate and your engagement with the App, including advertisements.

3. Accounts

You sign in using your Google account and are responsible for keeping access to it secure. You may hold only one account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Earnings and Withdrawals

Earnings are virtual rewards calculated from your hashrate, active miners, and ad engagement, and have no guaranteed monetary value until successfully withdrawn. Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits:

• Lightning (Micro) withdrawals: minimum 0.000002 BTC (200 sats), maximum 0.0004 BTC;
• BSC-20 withdrawals: minimum 0.001 BTC, maximum 0.005 BTC.

You are responsible for providing a correct withdrawal address. Withdrawals sent to an address you supplied cannot be reversed. We may review, delay, or decline withdrawals that appear fraudulent or that violate this Agreement.

5. Advertisements

The App is supported by advertising. By using the App you agree to the display of ads, and you understand that some rewards depend on watching or interacting with them.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not: create multiple accounts; use bots, emulators, automation, or modified clients; manipulate ads, rewards, or referrals; exploit bugs; or otherwise abuse or interfere with the reward system or other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software in the App belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cryptocurrency values are volatile and rewards are not an investment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost rewards arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or engage in fraudulent activity, and may forfeit any associated rewards. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
