This Privacy Policy explains how Bitcoin Mining App ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our cloud-based mining reward service. By using the App you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, display name, profile photo, and Google account identifier.
- Usage data: mining activity, hashrate, rewards, ad engagement, session times, and in-app actions.
- Device and advertising data: device model, operating system, app version, language, and an advertising identifier used to deliver ads.
- Transaction data: the withdrawal method and destination you provide (Lightning address or BSC-20 wallet address) and the amounts requested.
- Optional data: an invitation/referral code if you enter one.
- Location data: IP address and approximate location data collected for fraud prevention.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and secure your account, operate the cloud mining reward system, calculate and credit earnings, process withdrawal requests, prevent fraud and abuse, deliver and measure advertising, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Advertising
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may use your advertising identifier and usage data to show and measure ads, including personalized ads. You can reset or limit ad tracking in your device settings. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the App, including:
- Google Firebase / Firestore (authentication, database, hosting);
- Google AdMob (advertising);
- payment and withdrawal processors used to send your rewards.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may delete your account at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below. Deleting your account may forfeit any unwithdrawn rewards.
To request account and data deletion, email support@btcminingapp.com with subject line 'Account Deletion Request'. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
8. Children
The App is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Simulated Mining Disclaimer
BTC Mining App is a reward-based application. All Bitcoin earnings are generated through our simulated cloud mining reward platform. The App does NOT mine cryptocurrency on your device or use your device resources for mining. This is a promotional reward system. Withdrawals are processed through the Lightning Network or as BSC-20 transfers, subject to minimum thresholds.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notified within the App.
